Basic services include:
~ Conduct weekly walkthrough to check on the condition of the house
~ Prepare the home for arrivals/departures of owners or guests including opening/closing the house; adjusting water heaters, air conditioning, and heating thermostats; opening/closing window coverings; operating lighting as instructed; covering/uncovering furniture
~ Act as local contact coordinator with security companies for alarm situations
~ Provide oversight of subcontractor activities, such as pest control, landscaping, heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, and snow removal
~ Oversee housekeeping upon request before and/or after visits
~ Supervise winterizing as needed
~ Put out garbage for weekly pickup
Concierge services as requested:
~ Stock food and beverages
~ Provide fresh flower arrangements
~ Conduct other personal shopping as instructed
~ Make restaurant reservations
~ Procure event tickets
~ Oversee the servicing of vehicles left on the property for maintenance and repair
~ Airport delivery or pickup using the owners' vehicle
~ Delivery of the owners' vehicle to the airport for their personal use
~ Fulfill other customized tasks as requested
